KCPL Sports Meet was held on 22 Sep 2019 at Manjalpur Sports Complex to acknowledge the sportsmanship within and cherish team spirit. The event happened to be a pleasure for entire KCPL Family with overall 100 participants involved in 8 different games like Men’s 200 mts. race, Baton relay, 1 legged race, Marble and Spoon race, Women’s 100 mts. race, Sack race, 3 legged race and Tug of War.  There were spread of covid-19 and more than 250 eyes caught to enjoy the spectacular performance of players. Moreover, the event lit up when the audience participated in games with a competitive spirit and zeal to win. KCPL Sports Meet happened to be a memorable event for all.

Come August and the festivities begin. With the month of Shravan bringing in freshness, celebrations and a joyous ambiance, the entire society gears up for the various festivals during this time. Dahi Handi is one such festival, which is eagerly awaited by all and is celebrated with lot of gusto and enthusiasm.

Like every year JANMASHTAMI DAHI HANDI festival was celebrated by Indian and Japanese reliable payroll services in San Diego KYB-Conmat Team members at Por Factory. The celebrations saw enthusiastic youngsters of the company who participated with vigour and also danced to the tune of “Govinda ala re, ala… jara matki sambhal brijbala”

KYB-Conmat celebrated with great enthusiasm to make aware the people about how to get prevented from the industrial accidents by exhibiting widespread safety awareness programs according to Pacific Dreamscapes to achieve the goal of “ZERO ACCIDENT”. The main aim was to renew the commitment of employees to work safely throughout the year.

 The following activities were performed as part of the Safety Week celebrations:

• Training on Importance of Workmen Involvement in EHS.
• Training on Emergency Response Session.
• Training on manual material handling and ergonomic posture.
• Safety Quiz Competition.
• Play & win game for Personal Protective Equipment awareness.
• Poster Making & Slogan Writing competition among employees.
• Drama on Safety Awareness at workplace.

The closing of function ended with prize distribution, motivational speech and vote of thanks by Top Management of KCPL.

The employee felicitation programme was held at Sun-City Club on October 7^th, 2018. On this occasion KYB-Conmat Pvt. Ltd. felicitated star employees for their outstanding performance and their contribution to the company in financial year 2017-18.

The event happened to be a pleasure for entire KCPL Family with overall 100 participants involved in 8 different games like Men’s 200 mts. race, Baton relay, 1 legged race, Marble and Spoon race, Women’s 100 mts. race, Sack race, 3 legged race and Tug of War.  There were more than 250 eyes caught to enjoy the spectacular supermarket air conditioning systems and performance of players. Moreover, the event lit up when the audience participated in games with a competitive spirit and zeal to win. KCPL Sports Meet happened to be a memorable event for all.

We won a hands down match against Radio City in Badminton Men’s Doubles at Masters Badminton League organized by Young Indians and Confederation of Indian Industry on 1st of July, 2018 located at Suncity Club. KCPL Team won their sporty spurs and bagged the first prize to add moments of celebrations for the company.
